Welcome to the Heidi House!
The Heidi House is a rentable space in East Nashville, TN. Built in 1949, the HH boasts awesome mid century architecture and 1940's charm.
HH Bio: The HH was the first home built in Rosebank/Porter Heights conjunction. Placed in the middle of Tennessee farmland, it was used as a model home for a doctor turned real estate developer. At one point, this home sat on the biggest lot in it's development, but parcels were slowly sold off. The HH still sits on a large lot at .5 acres, which includes: the home, lots of mature trees and pool with a wrap around deck.
The HH is constantly going through changes to not only conserve the original charm, but keep up with modern trends and add to the original footprint. Once originally 1000 square feet, it now sits at 2000 with 500 additional square feet being added.
The HH includes 2 rooms that function only as bedrooms with a third currently being constructed, 2 full bathrooms, 2 large living rooms, 1 sitting room with the original fireplace, a dining room, kitchen and a fully-finished basement. Although, parts of the home has an open floor plan, which maintains great natural light all day-- much of the HH is compartmentalized, which attracts photographers and creative directors for it's unique ability to feel like you are in many spaces without having to change locations.
The HH has been used by Carl's Jr, Echo Wine, Anytime Pediatrics, Red Light Management, Evolve Studio, as well as countless recording artists, production companies, photographers and creative directors.
The HH is booked hourly with a minimum of 2 hours. It can be booked any day of the week between the hours of 7 a.m. & 9 p.m., unless negotiated otherwise. Hourly rates are as follows: 75/hour for a party of 5 or less and 100/hour for a party of 6 or more. **No more than 10 people at a time, unless prior arrangements have been approved by home owners.**
